Not clean, there are cockroaches in the room, while we stayed more days they chared us alot, today they said the rate is 10000 which is too expensive and over priced for standard room with two single room, one day they saying two water free other day other employees saying no we have to pay, there are too much confusion.. when we asked for cleaning the room the cleaner said she can't only one time they cleaned moreover, they used my own close to clean.

"Worst Hilton Property We've Experienced."

Doubletree Hotel West Palm Beach Airport was the worst Hilton property we've ever stayed in. I'm not giving it a one because the staff at the restaurant were friendly. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted by a very rude front desk clerk. He wouldn't let me ask a question. He gave me my room key before I could get any word in on my room's preference. When we went to our room, the hallways smelled musty and they were also hot. Our room was also very musty and it was in desperate need of upgrades, especially in the bathroom. We were part of a 15 20 room party and every single one of us had an issue with our rooms, during check in or at check out. This hotel was a huge disappointment.

Our entire group which stayed at the hotel had issues, One room no AC, another room had booked a double bed room they got one bed for five people and hotel was completely booked and couldn't accommodate them, Rooms had no towels everyone had to get them from lobby, NO conditioners AT ALL in the entire hotel. Dirty room, Hotel Staff had an awful attitude at all times! They double charged me for my stay ! Should not be a part of this website at all!

Hotel is understaffed and doesn't have enough towels. They keep you on hold for more than 20min to request room services. They only provide two towels that is supposed to be used for four people. Manager does not respond and has his staff taking the the customer's frustration and they are not adequately able to problem solve without managers permission.

Check in took longer than expected due to only one staff member. Rooms smell musty. Front desk doesn't answer. Multiple calls made to the front desk to request towels and blankets. Booked a room for four people and was only provided two towels. Called for towels and blankets and they never showed up.

Upon entering the property we were greeted by the manager on duty who was nothing short of rude and un accommodating. We booked a room with two full beds and our family of four were given a room with a single double bed and no sofa bed. The manager proceeded to tell us he was unable to assign us a new room and that we should leave (but we would have still have to paid the night) if we didn't like the room. The room was not only tiny but moldy and dirty. Although the clean sticker was on the door, the bathroom had dirty towels on the floor and the sink was full of toothpaste. I had to clean everything myself. I would never recommend this hotel. It was a pretty terrible experience.
